La Raquelita

We are driving out west, boys & girls (hopefully, not the route pictured above!) I have not really explored much that way, except the staples, L.A., Las Vegas, San Fran, but that is about it. I have never been to the Southwest (Disclaimer: apparently I have been when I was ~3 yrs old, but I have absolutely no memory whatsoever from this excursion, so it doesn’t count in my book.)

Anyway, We are heading to Santa Fe, NM for 3-4 days and I am super excited. Here are a few things I have been reading about Santa Fe.

I am definitely going to have to stop by “Todos Santos Chocolates and Confections.” Looks amazingly yummy!

I just wanted to share a recipe with y’all on this sunshiny Friday! Fair warning it might add a few inches to the waistline, be prepared!
I got an email from my mom yesterday mid-afternoon, right when my lunch has digested and I’m starting to think about what I want for dinner and I get this:
